Dr. Carl Thong
He started his career as a management consultant at Epistat. His business development skills flourished during his tenure at NASDAQ-listed biotech Orasure Technologies, where he orchestrated global partnerships. In 1999, GE Capital appointed him as the CEO of Dynafront, a prominent Asian B2B fintech. Carl's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a series of successful enterprises. Notable among them is Incontech, a supplement manufacturer with distribution across Asia.
He founded Health On-line, a medical call center and telemedicine company in Southeast Asia. Carl started Momenta, a leadership and sales training company. Carl also co-founded two fintechs in the US, BankingON and Restart Bank. He has successfully exited from his first tech company, e-contech, in a trade sale.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Carl serves on the board of TrustBridge and the Singapore Anglican Theological Education Board. Apart from his professional engagements, Carl discovers tranquility through cycling with his wife and indulging in leisurely Sunday brunches with his two children. He also takes pleasure in immersing himself in the wisdom of the Bible and expressing his musical inclinations.
Each day, I'm motivated by my calling to obediently partner with God, fostering human thriving and truth while drawing closer to Him on this transformative journey.
